As parent/guardian of ______________________________, I do hereby submit this form as official entry in the Florida State Our Little Miss Beauty Finals and I do hereby agree to all rules and regulations set forth by World Youth Federation and the Florida State Our Little Miss Pageant. I agree to hold World Youth Federation of the Americas, Inc., and/or the Our Little Miss Pageant System, its directors and staff members harmless of any damages or liabilities due to theft, accident or injury during or resulting from my child’s participation in the state pageant. Should a State Beauty winner win an Official or Beauty World Title her successor will be named as presiding queen for the remainder of the year. The robes are the property of the Florida State Our Little Miss Pageant and if not properly returned at the end of the year’s reign or passed to her successor upon request, legal procedures will follow immediately at the expense of the parent/guardian or contestant herself if of legal age. I also agree that contestant is competing in the gender that they were born in.
